Cooking MethodStep 1: Blend the banana, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and protein powder for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth. Step 2: Heat a little oil in a pan. Step 3: Pour in 2 to 3 ladles of batter, leaving space between each to spread. Step 4: Cook for 1 - 2 minutes, until bubbles start to appear on the surface and the underside is golden. Step 5: Flip over and cook for another minute until cooked through. Step 6: Transfer to a warmed oven and repeat with the remaining batter. Step 7: Serve in stacks with maple syrup and fruit. |
