Cooking MethodStep 1: Cut out the bread circles (or squares) Step 2: Set aside in an uncovered bowl to firm up Step 3: Whisk together cream cheese, yoghurt, lemon juice and zest, dill, garlic (if using), honey and salt Step 4: Assemble by covering each bread round with ½ tsp of cream cheese mixture, topped with smoked salmon Step 5: Add a couple of capers and a wedge of radish or onion, as preferred Step 6: Finish with some micro greens |
